[目的]观察稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗房颤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将42例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组20例胺碘酮,第1周0.6g/次,第2周0.4g/d,第3周0.2g/d,1次/d,此后长期口服。治疗组22例稳心颗粒,9g/次,3次/d;胺碘酮治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心律、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈9例,显效9例,无效4例,总有效率81.82%。对照组临床痊愈3例,显效7例,无效10例,总有效率50.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗房颤效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] to observe the metacentre grain joint amiodarone treatment effect of atrial fibrillation. [Methods] using random parallel control method,42 patients hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. [Results] the treatment group cure 9 cases,9 cases had marked effect,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 81.82%. Control group recovered in 3 cases,7 cases had marked effect,10 had no effect,the total effective rate was 50.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion]Joint metacentric particles amiodarone treatment of atrial fibrillation effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
